- How long will balloons float?
12" latex balloons will float for 10-12 hours or 3-5 days when treated with Hi-Float. Mylar balloons will float for up to one week. Refer to the Balloon Cautions page for more info.

- What is Hi-Float?
Hi-Float is a liquid sealant used to coat the interior surface of latex balloons and reduces the speed at which helium escapes through the latex material. It can increase the float time by several days. Hi-Float is non-toxic and water soluble.

- Does Balloon Bonanza deliver the same day?

- Can you deliver to hospitals?
Yes. Some hospitals accept only Mylar balloons, some hospitals do not accept balloons and deliveries must be completed by 3pm. Please call for further information.

- When will my balloons arrive?
Your balloons will arrive within one hour of requested time (please keep traffic in mind!)

- If I blow up balloons by mouth, will they float?
No, only balloons inflated with helium will float. Visit the Helium page for helium tank rentals.

- Do you offer balloon drops or releases?
Yes! Balloon Drops and Releases can contain as many as 2,500 balloons at a time or as few as 100 balloons. View the Balloon Drops page for complete details!

- Can I pick up balloons to save money on delivery?
Yes! We offer both delivery and pickup. Your pickup time will be scheduled when you place your order.

- Do you accept credit cards?

- Will table centerpieces obstruct the view of the person across from me?
Not at all! They are designed for socializing and will float above eye-level.

- Can I have my balloons delivered a day before my event?
Yes, but latex balloons will have to be treated with Hi-Float at 50 cents per balloon. Mylar will float 1 week or longer. Mylar does not require hi-float for extended flying times.

- Are your balloons attached to strings?
Our balloons float while tied to a 6 foot ribbon or longer. All balloons are accompanied by a ribbon of the same color.
