Sales Tax Information

Every Internet and Phone order placed with us will be charged a sales tax of 8.875%, applied to the amount of the order. This tax rate is based upon the rate our company is charged, regardless of the destination of your order. Orders placed from New York will be charged a sales tax rate of 8.875%, applied to the amount of the order.

Our Policies

Please be advised that we are unable to cancel, change or refund any orders already placed and paid. No refunds, returns or exchanges, no exceptions. Delivery or Pickup dates and time slots can only be changed if the requested date/time slot is available and approved by Balloon Bonanza, Inc.
Rental item(s) not returned, lost or stolen will incur a late fee of $50. per day/per rental item, (up to 30 days) until rental items are returned + any legal fees and court cost associated.
All orders are considered "special orders"
If you find it necessary to change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, simply call our Customer Service Department directly (212) 531-2000.
Balloon Bonanza, Inc. is not liable for lack of delivery during inclement weather conditions such as snow, hail, hurricane, or any other acts of God. It is the customers responsibility to contact Balloon Bonanza, Inc. prior to inclement weather to reschedule pickup or delivery. No such claim of reimbursement is permitted. Balloon Bonanza, Inc. assumes no responsibility for inclement wind or weather causing damage to decor, or cancellation of an event. We strictly recommend thoroughly reading and reviewing our privacy policy.
We are also unable to accept alterations or changes requested via e-mail. If a pickup order is abandoned by the client or customer no refund will be issued.
Balloon Bonanza, Inc. does not permit use of ANY rental equipment for persons under 21 years of age. Rental equipment includes but is not limited to: Helium Tanks, Nitrogen Tanks, Co2 Tanks, Balloon Drops, Confetti Cannons, Concession Rental Equipment, Special Effects Machines/Fog/Lighting/Sound Equipment and any/all other items rented from Balloon Bonanza, Inc. on a short-term or long-term basis. Balloon Drops, Special Effects Machines, and Fog/Lighting/Sound Equipment are not rigged / installed or set up by Balloon Bonanza, Inc.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to complete your order due to the availability of certain colors and styles of balloons. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the design or arrangement, using balloons of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. We will make every effort to match the desired balloons, but may substitute with another color or similar style in the same family and price range.
